Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email slandaflair@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address by email.

Please note:
    •    Items sent back without initiating a return request will not be accepted.
    •    Products must be unused and in their original condition.
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the original payment method is no longer available, the refund may be issued as store credit.

Used Products Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

If a product has been opened, used, or tampered with, it will not qualify for a return or refund.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled during promotional or discounted sales. All sale orders are final and cannot be modified or canceled.
